• Deluxe Room = 5,000 -6000THB
• Triple Room – 6,000 -7000THB
• penthouse Room = 6000-7000 ThB
• Family Room (4 Guests) – 8,000 -10000 THB

Rental Terms & Conditions

• Rates are based on a minimum 6-month contract
  (+1,000–2,000 THB/month for contracts less than 6 months)
• Utilities are not included:
  Water: 100 THB/person/month
  Pet fee: 500 THB/pet/month
  Electricity: 8 THB/unit
• No room service provided

Dormitory Option

• Bed in shared dormitory: 3500-4500 THB/month
  (Includes water and electricity)

Move-in Requirements

• 1-month advance rent
• Security deposit: 1 months rent
  (Total is = 2 month rental cost)
